ALL OF THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND ALL GREETED YOU WITH A SMILE. OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE, AND ALL THE SHAMPOO, HAND WASH AND CONDITIONERS WERE FULL. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. AND WE LOVED THE HOTEL SAT ALONE, BUT THERE WAS ACCESS TO EAT, SHOP, WALK A TRAIL VERY CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. GRILLS WERE AVAILABLE IF YOU WANTED TO BBQ. VERY NICE COVERED PLACE TO SIT AND WATCH THE WORLD GO BY

staff were in a positive interaction with one another and joking with us - i liked that very much they were not robots and showed human face while working. also keep the staff international please - makes a good representation of our changing society. it was a very nice experience hope to see all very soon.

The rooms had everything I needed and the beds were amazingly comfortable.

Everything about our room was nice. My one thought was I booked it for 2 adults and 1 child and there was no couch in the room for a child to sleep on. Luckily we ended up coming without him so it was ok.

Pool water was warm. Had plenty of pool towels. Staff was very friendly an helpful.
